We funded a $1,700,000 loan which was secured by a 2nd trust deed on several of borrower’s properties which included 2 apartment buildings, a Single Family Residence, and land. The funds were needed in order to pay off an existing 2nd trust deed due on one of the properties and to provide working capital to complete construction on an unrelated project.
