She works closely with property management companies and on-site teams to maximize occupancy, control expenses, improve collections, and protect asset value.
Before joining RTI, Laurie held leadership roles in both corporate and entrepreneurial environments, including ownership of multiple businesses. Her experience combines corporate discipline, operational expertise, and the perspective of a successful business owner and investor.

Prior to RTI, Laurie held a position with a Fortune 500 company and successfully owned and operated several businesses. In addition to her professional accomplishments, she is an active bridge loan investor with more than $1.2 million invested, reflecting her confidence in the asset class and deep understanding of real estate finance.
