Katie Mann serves in RTI’s loan department, where she supports loan documentation, processing, servicing, extensions, insurance coordination, and a wide variety of operational functions. Known for her flexibility and willingness to help wherever needed, she plays an important role in keeping transactions moving forward and supporting the team’s daily workflow.
Katie brings more than two decades of experience in financial services, private lending, mortgage lending, and securities. Her background includes roles with NewRez, Harborlight Credit Union, Lone Oak Fund, and Wedbush Morgan Securities. This broad industry experience allows her to contribute valuable insight across both origination and servicing functions.
Katie Mann is a member of RTI’s loan department and supports a broad range of loan processing, documentation, and servicing activities. Her responsibilities include drafting loan documents, coordinating loan processing, handling servicing-related matters such as extensions and insurance requirements, and providing support wherever needed to help transactions move efficiently through the lending process.
One of Katie’s greatest contributions to RTI is her ability to support the team beyond traditional office hours. By working flexible schedules and assisting with time-sensitive matters, she helps maintain workflow continuity and keeps transactions progressing even when the office is closed. Her reliability and willingness to step in wherever needed have made her a valued member of the organization.
Katie brings more than 20 years of experience in financial services. She began her career in equities with Wedbush Morgan Securities before moving into private lending, where she gained experience in both loan origination and servicing. She later worked in consumer mortgage lending before returning to private lending, allowing her to draw from a diverse background spanning multiple areas of the lending industry.
She earned a Bachelor of Applied Arts degree in Communications from Central Michigan University. Outside of work, Katie enjoys traveling, spending time with family, watching her children participate in sports and theater activities, and spending summers at the lake.
