About Gina Ramirez

Gina Ramirez is the Property Accountant for RTI Properties and has been a valued member of the organization since 2017. She manages a wide range of accounting responsibilities, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, mortgage payments, utility payments, vendor payments, and financial recordkeeping. Her attention to detail and reliability help ensure the company’s accounting functions operate efficiently and accurately.

Prior to joining RTI, Gina spent nearly fifteen years with Penmar Management & Finance, where she worked as a Property Management and Corporate Bookkeeper. Her extensive experience in property accounting and financial administration provides a strong foundation for supporting RTI’s portfolio and operational needs.

About Princess Harvey

Princess Harvey serves as a Loan Processor at RTI Bridge Loans, where she manages the loan process from pre-approval through closing. Her responsibilities include reviewing loan applications and financial documentation, opening escrow, coordinating with title and escrow companies, communicating status updates, and helping ensure compliance throughout the transaction lifecycle. Her proactive approach helps keep files moving efficiently toward funding.

Prior to joining RTI, Princess held mortgage operations positions with MUFG Union Bank, Homepoint Financial, ServiceLink, and OGI Mortgage Bankers. She has experience as a Senior Loan Processor, Closing Coordinator, Loan Coordinator, and Junior Underwriter, giving her a well-rounded understanding of residential lending operations, documentation review, escrow and title coordination, and transaction management.

About Diana Salazar

Diana Salazar manages loan servicing and accounting operations for RTI Bridge Loans. Her responsibilities include borrower and investor transactions, loan payoffs, accounting records, investor distributions, financial reporting, and servicing support. She is also a Notary Public and brings expertise in The Mortgage Office (TMO), QuickBooks, and loan servicing systems.

Since joining RTI, Diana has steadily advanced through multiple roles, including administrative support, property accounting, bookkeeping, and servicing operations. Her growth within the organization reflects her dedication, expertise, and commitment to excellence.

About Eliana Salvatierra

Eliana Salvatierra serves as Director of the Loan Department and oversees loan operations from approval through post-closing and servicing. She manages workflows, reporting, investor communications, compliance functions, quality control, and team development.

Having joined RTI as the first loan operations employee nearly nine years ago, Eliana played a major role in building procedures, training staff, and developing the systems that support the company’s growing lending platform. She is a licensed California Real Estate professional whose institutional knowledge has helped shape the department’s growth and success.

About Robert Abbasi

Robert Abbasi is the founder and president of RTI Bridge Loans and has spent more than four decades building companies involved in real estate investment, development, management, and finance. Since founding RTI in 1986, he has participated in thousands of real estate transactions and overseen more than $2 billion in commercial real estate financing. His experience spans acquisitions, development, asset management, property operations, and bridge lending across multiple asset classes.

In addition to leading RTI, Robert serves as Vice Chairman and Principal of Beach Front Property Management, helping oversee a portfolio approaching 13,000 residential and commercial units. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of Century Housing Corporation and previously served as a founding board member and director of a Los Angeles business bank. Robert earned both his BA in Economics and Executive MBA from the University of Southern California, graduating with honors, and is a licensed California Real Estate Broker.

About Anil Patel

Anil Patel serves as Senior Director of Capital Markets at RTI Bridge Loans, where he leads capital raising initiatives, investor relations, strategic partnerships, and the growth of RTI’s hospitality lending platform. He works closely with private investors, family offices, and institutional partners while helping expand RTI’s bridge lending and fixed-income investment offerings.

Over the course of his career, Anil has held executive leadership roles across real estate, hospitality, PropTech, and startup advisory. He has raised hundreds of millions of dollars in debt and equity, led operations across more than 10,000 multifamily and hotel units, and helped scale organizations ranging from startups to large operating platforms. His background combines finance, operations, technology, fundraising, and strategic planning.

About Tiara Palazuelos

Tiara Palazuelos serves as Senior Loan Coordinator and oversees loan operations from application through closing. She coordinates underwriting support, documentation, escrow, funding preparation, compliance reviews, and stakeholder communication to help ensure transactions move efficiently and transparently.

Having joined RTI during an earlier stage of growth, Tiara has helped develop and refine many of the operational processes that support the company’s lending platform today.

About Tom Gans

Tom Gans leads business development and borrower relations for RTI Bridge Loans. He works closely with brokers, bankers, borrowers, and referral partners to identify lending opportunities, expand RTI’s network, and help structure transactions that align borrower needs with investor objectives.

With more than 25 years of lending experience and over 2,200 closed real estate loans, Tom brings extensive industry knowledge, relationship-building expertise, and a practical approach to solving complex financing challenges.

About Laurie Steele

Laurie Steele serves as Asset Manager and Special Projects lead at RTI, where she oversees property performance, financial analysis, vendor relationships, payroll support, and operational initiatives. She works closely with property management companies and on-site teams to maximize occupancy, control expenses, improve collections, and protect asset value.

Before joining RTI, Laurie held leadership roles in both corporate and entrepreneurial environments, including ownership of multiple businesses. Her experience combines corporate discipline, operational expertise, and the perspective of a successful business owner and investor.

About Queen Odums

Queen Odums serves as a Loan Documentation and Funding Specialist at RTI Bridge Loans, where she manages many of the critical operational functions that help transactions reach closing and funding. She reviews loan files, coordinates with title and escrow companies, manages payoff and reconveyance requests, reviews documentation, and helps resolve issues that arise throughout the funding process. Her attention to detail and commitment to accuracy help ensure files move efficiently through each stage of the transaction.

Queen brings more than a decade of mortgage lending and funding experience to RTI. Her background includes funding, post-closing, loan documentation, processing, and operational support roles with Point Mortgage Corporation, Network Capital, Cashstone Lenders, and Bank of America.

About LaCretia Ward

LaCretia Ward is the Executive Assistant to RTI President Robert Abbasi and plays a central role in supporting executive leadership and day-to-day office operations. She prepares and edits loan request write-ups, coordinates meetings and special projects, manages confidential information, and serves as a key point of coordination for brokers, vendors, interns, and internal team members.

With extensive experience in office management, executive support, and operations leadership, LaCretia brings a strong organizational background to RTI. Her ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail helps support the company’s continued growth and success.

About Katie Mann

Katie Mann serves in RTI’s loan department, where she supports loan documentation, processing, servicing, extensions, insurance coordination, and a wide variety of operational functions. Known for her flexibility and willingness to help wherever needed, she plays an important role in keeping transactions moving forward and supporting the team’s daily workflow.

Katie brings more than two decades of experience in financial services, private lending, mortgage lending, and securities. Her background includes roles with NewRez, Harborlight Credit Union, Lone Oak Fund, and Wedbush Morgan Securities. This broad industry experience allows her to contribute valuable insight across both origination and servicing functions.

About Genevieve Zar

Genevieve Zar is a Loan Coordinator at RTI Bridge Loans, where she plays an active role in evaluating new lending opportunities and supporting the company’s loan origination efforts. Her responsibilities include underwriting and analyzing loan requests, preparing transaction summaries for loan committee review, participating in daily loan committee meetings, and communicating with borrowers, brokers, and investors throughout the lending process.

In addition to her underwriting and business development responsibilities, Genevieve represents RTI at networking events and helps train and oversee interns. She earned her undergraduate degree from UCLA and is currently enrolled in UCLA Anderson School of Management’s Fully Employed MBA (FEMBA) program. Her combination of analytical thinking, relationship management, and commitment to professional growth makes her a valuable member of the RTI team.

About Bree Robinson

Bree Robinson serves as a Loan Documentation Specialist at RTI Bridge Loans, where she prepares, reviews, and finalizes loan documentation while coordinating with borrowers, escrow companies, title companies, and internal team members throughout the closing process. Her attention to detail and commitment to accuracy help ensure transactions move smoothly from approval through funding.

Before joining RTI, Bree worked in Residential Lending Services at First Republic Bank, later acquired by JP Morgan Chase, where she managed loan closings and supported a high-volume lending environment. She also spent several years with University Enterprises at Sacramento State University, overseeing grants, contracts, budgets, and financial reporting. Her background in lending, compliance, and financial administration provides a strong foundation for supporting RTI’s borrowers, investors, and lending operations.
